VDAP is not a Veterans Service Organization, law firm, or medical provider, and is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Can VDAP guarantee I will get a rating increase?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. It is ultimately up to the Veterans Affairs to make the final decision on all disability claims that are submitted to them for rating. If you follow and trust the VDAP process and your worsening disabilities warrant an increase in rating, you have a much higher probability for success in your rating increase. VDAP cannot however make any guarantees.
