We are dedicated to serving and taking care of our nations veterans and are passionate about assisting each veteran we work with receive the disability benefit compensation they deserve. We are fully dedicated to serving those who served.
The VDAPÂ Process
Free Consultation
Once you submit your inquiry online, VDAPÂ will review your online inquiry and contact you directly. We will then conduct a one-on-one review with you of your individual VA disability benefit compensation summary and discuss with you in more detail each disability you seek an increase in benefits. VDAPÂ will then make a determination if our services are the correct fit for your needs. This is an excellent time in the process to ask any questions you may have about VDAPÂ and our process and let us know if or how any conditions you seek an increase in have worsened.
The DBQ Process
If you find that VDAP is the right fit for your needs and you decide to utilize our services, VDAP will review your current disability compensation ratings and your related disabilities and gather medical history and other supporting documentation to complete the Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) for each disability you seek to increase. VDAP is dedicated to helping our nations veterans receive accurate and thorough documentation they deserve to support their disability claims. We at VDAP take expert attention and care to ensure each veterans disability is accurately and properly documented.
Submit Your VA Claim
Once a thorough and final review of your medical records, relevant supporting documents, and Disability Benefit Questionnaires has been conducted, we will then provide you with your completed Disability Benefit Questionnaires ready for signature from your medical provider. We will work with you and assist you every step of the way by offering detailed and helpful instructions, so you feel confident when it comes time to submit your complete claim to the VA for disability compensation.
